Villa Livadia is situated in the beautiful and lush village of Livadia, just a leisurely walk from the capital of Andros at Chora and the Paraporti  and Niborios beaches. It originally served as an old home where silk was once made and mill complex and dates back to the early 18th century. This villa has been lovingly restored and converted into a simple but very stylish summer retreat. A team of local artisans, using traditional techniques and materials were responsible for creating this 'modern' Andros home. A short walk from the bustling and cosmopolitan Chora with its notable archaeological and modern art museum brings you to the welcoming doors of this lovely home.
